Optional Programs
On the afternoon of the third day of the conference (November 4), optional programs are scheduled. We have planned four programs, including a sightseeing tour with shuttle bus transportation to three tourist spots near the conference venue and futsal.
Introduction Video
Course1: Mt. Fuji 5th Station
Take the Fuji Subaru Line to the fifth station of Mount Fuji. You can enjoy the feeling of having visited Mount Fuji. If the weather is good, you may be able to see a sea of clouds. At the rest house, you can purchase souvenirs and enjoy a cup of coffee. Please remember to bring warm clothing.
Course2: Lake Kawaguchiko
This is a course where you can freely explore the area around Lake Kawaguchiko. Take the ropeway up to Mt. Tenjoyama and enjoy the view of Mt. Fuji. You can also enjoy swan boats, sweets, and shopping for souvenirs along the lake shore.
Course3: Herb Garden
Visit the “Herb Garden Fuji – Kawaguchiko Garden.” Enjoy seasonal flowers and spend a relaxing time. According to the committee members who visited in advance, this was the best spot. Admission is free. There are many spots where you can take “Instagram-worthy” photos.
In the paid area (Fujisan Deck and Fujipanorama Cafe), you can enjoy coffee while gazing at Mt. Fuji.
Other option: Futsal
The conference can be a long event with a lot of sitting. Let’s get some exercise and sweat it out with your Asian friends! Those participating in futsal must bring appropriate athletic clothing and shoes.

- After arriving at the attractions, you will have free time until the bus departs.
- Bus fare (approximately USD 15) and other expenses at the attractions are at your own expense.
- Programs with insufficient participants may be canceled.
- If you do not participate in any programs, you may spend your time freely.
